We have been with GreatFlorida Insurance/Look Insurance since 2002 and have always had great service. But recently, my bank sent my Flood Insurance Payment to the wrong address, which our Rep Elaine Modugno realized and had us have the Bank cancel that check and send an expedited check to the correct address. She then monitored the Insurance company and called me to let us know the payment had been received which was one day before it was due. Her attention to this matter helped to relieve a very stressful situation. Can't thank her enough!!
